Awesome run around gossan/Bruce ridge/Black mtn. Such a beautiful morning and I felt great! Ran a bit harder and niggles were all pretty good. Happy days!

Really fun mountain bike ride around Bruce ridge. Met up with another guy on his own and we rode round which was quite fun and I did some different tracks to my usual.

Went to see Cathy again today. Toe is improving, knee needs an ultrasound, glute isn’t great and have to get back to my hamstring tendonopothy exercises. Sigh.
