Run with Kathie around the arboretum at a pretty steady pace! Was tough but fun and niggles not too bad, glute bit firey at end and knee bit wobbly but probably only because I’m over analyzing.

Lots of riding round on errands but included a fun mountain bike around Bruce ridge on borrowed 29” carbon fiber mountain bike... fun!!

Ran to work along bike path and did Telford fartlek ints. Felt ok, toe and knee good, hamstring/glute bit sore by end but not too bad, but was pretty slow (it was freezing! Sub zero temps...).
