Sri Chinmoy Tuggeranong Trot trail run, 20km. It was hard! Beautiful morning, really cold but sunny, Felt pretty good at the start, niggles were ok, but I was pretty ready to stop at about 12km! Wasn't feeling great, was sort of light headed and feeling a bit weird but kept on, it was a real mental battle today. Was really tired afterwards but very happy to have done it and very happy that body held up ok!

Ran to work along the bike path and did a half-hearted attempt at a 35 min fartlek session. Wasn't that pumped about it.
