Ran the usual morning loop around black mountain and Aranda with Al, Kathie and Shannon. It was fun, glute was a bit sore but not too bad.

Pretty slow run from Hughes up to red hill saddle and around the back. Nice run and glute is feeling better with every run (physio exercises work!!) although it was freezing and rainy. I still liked it!
