My legs felt heavy and for the whole route I thought that I was running very slowly. I also made many mistakes, so I was very surprised to find myself that high from the results list (21st of 66 runners). It seems that my forest running shape is getting better after a few competitions, cos a bad running feeling doesn't necessary mean slow speed, apparently.

Billnäsin keskimatka.

Running felt good. I did a 1-minute mistake at the first control, and then a few bad route choices. The last 2 km I was quite tired and my running speed slowed down towards the end of the route. It was still a decent run and I look forward to Monday's Silja, from where I'm expecting even a better placement (today my result was 26th of 49 runners).
