Lake G parkrun. Felt comfortable and strong and was trying to keep even pace. Very happy with run :)

Couldn't resist the running temptation and stopped on way home. 1km tempo run on oval off the bike. First few meters felt very uncomfortable but managed a 4:30 pace.

Twilight at Mt Painter
lovely evening for it and fun physical course on Mt Painter. Was very slow and hesitant through long grass but also benefited from earlier runners :).
Was around people for most of the time but tried to do my own thing. I was too high several times and need to pay more attention to contours. Victim to suck factor when I followed Intl Coach :(
Only 1 pink this week due to following wrong fence and being too high.
