Liz and I volunteered at parkrun and ran to our marshal spot - did the marshalling and once the tail runner had passed - we continued our 5km run. Very relaxed morning - loved it.

Ride up Federal Hwy to Horse Park Dr and then down Majura Parkway which was nice and speedy. As i was on the bike lane and not the bike path, near Cosco and Ikea I needed to work out where to go. Bike path would have been easier and safer :( Continued on Fairbairn past War Memorial and straight home. Nice quiet morning perfect for road riding.
