Guiding Shelley at Lake Gin parkrun. Shelley does not like a nice even pace and prefers to walk and than break into a sprint. Did 10 x sprints (about 60 - 100m) and improved her PB from previous week by about 1 min. Previous week she did 16 x sprints :-)

Red 1 course at Mount Ainslie North
Was a bit tired from parkrun earlier on and noticed concentration was not up to it either. Managed about 6 mistakes (7 mins total) and Ollie commented given my experience this performance was a bit embarrassing...
ah well. I am bit 50+ and don't care anymore :-)

Stroke correction at AIS with coach Chris. My pull through needs a lot of work and is impacted by tight shoulder. Need to do more work with spiky ball again.

Nice long run from Pine Ridge up to Pinnacle and back. Great morning. T-shirt and gloves. Felt nice and relaxed. Garmin didn't want to work this morning so am guessing kilometers.
