Lake G parkrun - felt strong and comfortable. Bilby's intervals are paying off. Took 1:10 off my previous solo run at Lake G 5 weeks ago. Happy with that.

Bilby's training session on trails of Mt Ainslie 2 x 4km loops where we had to guess our time and run without a watch - we all started individually 15 secs between runners. It was fun and I felt happy and strong with run. Not sure what time I did but know I didn't place in top 3 of guessing comp.
