XC race... 99th which I was happy with. cramped on the 2nd lap... normally Im strong in last lap but today it hurt and I only just held my possition.

Turbo set 2x20min at 270W... HR 130-134 felt easy enough

800m off 13min, 100 easy, 3x300 off 5:15, 200 off 3:30, 100 sprint, 100 easy...

Hardest swim I have ever done...

3x10min @ 310W... HR was 165... First was very hard after that was ok! 8 min warm up 3-4 min between sets! 5 min warm down!

Cycling 45:00 [1] 20.0 km (26.7 kph)

Cycling to Braehead on mountain bike so it can be serviced! Its hard work on a MTB

200m warm up, 3x200m off 3:30, 2x50 easy, 6x100 of 1:45, 2x50 easy, 3x100 off 2 min (in at 1:30, 1:25, 1:20) x2 with 2x50 at the end of each set of 3... 4x50 warm down!
