Good glasgow green session, 2x4 min followed by 10 min tempo, followed by 4x1 min. Worked hard for the 1 minutes.

Watch now has my lactate HR at 169 bpm and 4:05 min/km... I think I'm ok with that but it doesn't realise that I have done all of my recent runs off road.
