running mostly on forest tracks. it was snowing all morning but the snow is gone by now and it seems to be getting warmer here- yaay!
Having really sore muscles today, not sure from whaat? Maybe cus of work yesterday- it was soo tough to cycle in all that snow & wind & also my biketire got a puncture. But it seems like that was a good training afterall! :D
