i was geezing it and i spiked all of the first five controls but then i stopped short on no.6 and i wasted about 4 mins. i then nailed 7 and 8 but 9 i stopped way too short and wasted about 3 or 4 mins. i then nailed 10, 11 and 12.

i was too far right at the first control.number 2 i wlaked a bit of the way up a hill and no.3 i spiked.7 i wlaked a bit and the rest i ran. for the terrain i thikn i did quite well.

i started off and didnt follow my compass bearing which lead me to my first control and i ended up on the other side of the spur. i wasted about 1 and a half minutes on that control.number 2 i nailed. no.3 i ran too far up the track so i came off the track too far up and overshot the control which i wasted about 7 mins on.i nailed 4 and 5 then 6 i took a really bad route choice and went up a huge hill which took me 31 mins.7, 8 and 9 was fine i nailed them too.

i had a good run and ran most of the way apart from when i was looking for a control. i didnt make any mistakes and felt good pretty much the whole way.

i had 3 contols in new pine plantation which meant that you could get lost easily as there was no attackpoints or trip over ect. i walked quite a bit for the first 6 controls but then ran fast from the sixth.
