shoes: Ballet Slippers
Um, this was really hard!!!! I signed up for a free 30 days of OpenFit, where you can do online workouts, to try this Barre nonsense everyone seems to be doing.
Xtend Barre with Andrea Rogers -it's really ballet but with repetitive pulsing movement, added hand weights and using the back of a chair instead of barre. The core stuff on the mat at the end was agonizing! It was also REALLY FUN! The lady is a tiny dancing Pilates robot who is incredibly cheerful and in insane shape. You're supposed to do one 30 minute workout for 30 days. We'll see about that.
