HORN POND YELLOW COURSE. i really should have done an orange course, what was i thinking? i wasn't. blew through because i already knew where i was the whole time. damn, i missed an opportunity to move up to orange.

went back and got an orange map. i so could have done it. but i'll be able to practice with it and have lots of fun!

results in and i was 3rd; beat by two 'real' orienteers.

Gentle flow yoga class turned out to be NOT gentle at all and not what i was looking for this morning. left early, very unlike me. but just wasn't into it, or the new instructor.

needed a walk instead. jogged last 3 minutes. totally soaked through from rain...kinda feels good.
