woke to use bathroom, got out of bed, HUGE amount of pain, worst yet, almost passed out. laid on the ground for a while concentrating on breathing. pain is worst in my right butt, and radiates down to top of thigh and then outside of right calf/ ankle.

600 mg Advil
10 min dog walk/ 10 min human walk - every step hurts
25 min gentle yoga. i feel best in downward dog and stretching my hamstrings really helps for some reason. monday's doc appt can't come soon enough. make it til then, make it til then.

definitely no O for me today. :(((((

Spent most of the day resting, something I haven't done in about 3 weeks. I guess I needed it. Still feel the pinch and the pain, but not as bad as last night for sure. Finally couldn't sit still and decided a short walk was in order.

pretty painful day...this is the prescription. so hard to make myself walk, not run, but after doing this and the yoga, it does feel a bit better. stretching things out feels good, especially hamstrings and hips. so does leaving early from work. :)

i had reset my watch after mile 1 and didn't feel like uploading and splicing two routes together.

leg/back/hip felt terrible at work today, but when i'm walking or running it feels fine. sitting hurts, so does lifting, bending, and standing and making floral designs. hurts again now as i am sitting but felt fine while exercising.

Hip/butt/leg really bothering me today. Feels like a pinched nerve in my hip socket, with pain traveling down the leg. Hope the advil kicks in soon. I guess the back issue has grown from a muscular one and into a disc related one, if I had to guess. Time for plenty of walks and stuff again, and if it doesn't go away spontaneously, a trip to the doc.

Also, feeling sorry for myself b/c not only am I limping slightly but I just smacked my head really hard inside our storage shed. Things got moved around over the weekend and it's really tight in there - not a real shed, just a tiny space with all kinds of pipes and things. I went to put my tarp back and popped my head so hard that I actually fell down on the ground and laid there for about 2 minutes. But no blood, and no bump so it can;t be that bad right? Clearly I can still type, too, so I'm obviously ok. :)
