I'm teaching a lot this week. My vinyasa classes will be focusing on expanding the chest, basically unfurling, putting your heart out there. These heart opening poses are for some reason usually difficult for me, but leave me feeling open to everything around me without judging it.

I could sure use some yoga this morning after yesterday's O; just felt so down on myself after DNF'ing. The splits indicate even though I made some mistakes I wasn't doing as terribly as I thought I was. I kind of wish I had pushed through the ankle, as it's not hurting at all today. But I guess it was wise to be cautious.
