Continuing the breathing exercises, just not logging them anymore here. They've been really helpful so far.
3 classes today. I never log the yoga I'm doing during class, as I don't really think it counts, but it is way more active than say, sitting at a desk. I'm modeling all the poses for the old people, so I'm getting some nice stretches, and then in the vinyasa class I model many of the poses since we have a lot of beginners, quite a bit more vigorous. Monday is my biggest yoga teaching day, and it's a good way to recover from whatever the weekend held.
