run/walk to about the art museum, over to schulkyll river trail down to south street, back across to broad st and down to home. about 50 paces jog / 25 paces walking, and then some spacing out and just running. didn't feel good doing it, but feel good now. GOT TO GET IN SHAPE.
a nice practice in our basement studio where the new cork flooring has finally been installed. it's better than it was before; there are more twirls and swirls in the burl.
having trouble making time for the exercise routine - when i'm at the flower shop i feel like i walk 5 miles in a day, there's not even time to sit down and eat lunch, so by the time i get home all i want to do is rest. then the days i teach 4 classes of yoga...those are fairly active days too.
but i really need both the cardio and the yoga to stay sane. so there ya have it.
