Note

woke up with really tight rt hamstring in the night - put heat, took advil. definitely did something there - it's been brewing a long time. i think it was this one pose called pyramid pose she had me hold for a while that put me over the edge.

fingers crossed it disappears quickly....

busy day at the flower shop. saw ursie mac and willie mac - they came in and we went on my lunch break together - a new tradition I hope!

Yoga 1:00:00 [3]

First of six personal yoga sessions with an awesome teacher in my own home! She gave me an amazing deal and it's going to get me into shape and move my practice in a new direction - more focused on anatomy and alignment. With special care given to strengthening and increasing flexibility in the lower back. Hopefully I'll be backbending in no time! ;)

"Ran" most of this. Beautiful day in the Smedley/Crum woods ! Then fun with family. 30 min to find street parking once home however :(
