to the del river and back. fastest i've run in a while (totally flat, though.) didn't exactly feel good...but sure feels good to have done it...i think.

not a huge fan of running on city streets, there are a lot of unaware people making things dangerous, but i suppose that keeps you occupied in a different way. caught the tail end of the light, nice and sunny.
