2-15:05 - walking
3-12:56 - walk 25 paces, jog 50 paces
4-11:58 - walk 25 paces, jog 70 paces
5-12:08 - walk 25 paces, jog 75 paces
6-12:19 - walk 25 paces, jog 80 paces
7-11:43 - walk 25 paces, jog 90 paces
8-11:03 - jogging lethargically

so, interesting. i thought increasing the jogging paces incrementally would decrease the min/mile, but apparently i just slowed down the jogging speed incrementally for the most part! there were particularly muddy slippery parts of this route, though - that was probably more the issue.

Friday was work all day and then scoot to teach yoga in the burbs then come home and pack for trip. On our way to Boston area for 2 nights. Merry Christmas Eve!
