Rode bike out to Swat to teach yoga class at Plush Mills. That was after riding to W. Philly and back to teach a private mat class (about 5.5 miles.)

So around 18 miles total..and some in the rain. I was planning on riding home too but it was really raining so luckily hughmac3 lent me his trusty car to get home.

I am really tired now. But I feel basically good. Zzzzzz

A full day of gardening - thrashed!

If you pop by the Westin hotel in Center city, you'll see all the plants out front - planted by my colleague Elise and I.

Came home and immediately put heating pad on lower back and stretched which really helped!

Yoga 1:15 [3]
shoes: Bare Feet!

Going to start logging the yoga classes I attend again. Trying to hit 2 x week for attending class, but we'll see. Lately I've just been doing (free) home practice for random amounts of time, this will be a little more structured I'm hoping.

Today's class was only $11 and was great. Thinking this Monday Lunch class will be a regular one as it works with my schedule!

It was a weird but really fun combo of vinyasa (flow, more movement) and kundalini - certain fast repetitive movements centered around the spine, like a seated cat/cow crunch. The idea is to wake the sleeping serpent or something. More on this as I find out if my dragon comes alive today...I think I feel its' scaly tail lashing around...

About to ride my bike to West Philly with a yoga bag containing two mats, 5 blocks and 3 straps bungeed to the back! I LOVE my new bike! (Trek Allant, used, $200, great condition, 21 speeds.)
