Home practice. Tried some new things inspired by our trip to see a dance performance last night. The human body is incredible--tapping into the joy of movement just like a kid feels so great! Also managed to tire myself out and get rid of a bad mood.

Turning lemons into lemonade - ANOTHER tire issue (a nail this time) had to leave the car - got picked up, had lunch w Urs in Media, saw her new house and then walk/jogged to pick up car. Felt really good, beautiful day!

FINALLY...Orienteering! Had a lot of fun after 1.5 years of not doing this. I think 2018 will be a lot more orienteering. Great to see everyone and have the MacFamily there too. Missed you hughmac3 but I know....You'll Be Back!
