Meant to use Salomons today for extra traction but left them home by mistake. The result was more calf pain and now hamstring pain. Maybe I should take a break from the Hokas to see what's up.

Got kind of lost as I was paying more attention to foot placement and working through some calf pain, and felt unable to go fast at all. Still, good to get out and the woods were really beautiful. Saw literally no one else.

Found this cool studio in Hatboro that lets you practice in their space for a small donation; perfect for in between classes not convenient to popping home. Oh and great juice bar too! Self care in the middle of the day oh yeah baby.

But the name...? Nourishing Storm Studio. Hm.

After wearing my Hokas, these shoes feel like cardboard bricks. Good to get out though, even if it was just shitty streets.

Getting ready to start two new group yoga classes this week: I'm up to owning 66 yoga blocks and 37 yoga straps. Still need 8 blocks so everyone can have two. Fun times!
