Training O with hughmac4 at Gov Dick - rather than doing the Score-O, my bro made me a customized course roughly the length of upcoming West Point green long, and was my shadow. We worked on route choice, contouring, and IRL vs map. Very very helpful.

I'll try to work on not overthinking it, going with my gut, and just going (rather than stopping!) Thank you so much bro!!! more on the actual orienteering in a bit.

Um, this was really hard!!!! I signed up for a free 30 days of OpenFit, where you can do online workouts, to try this Barre nonsense everyone seems to be doing.

Xtend Barre with Andrea Rogers -it's really ballet but with repetitive pulsing movement, added hand weights and using the back of a chair instead of barre. The core stuff on the mat at the end was agonizing! It was also REALLY FUN! The lady is a tiny dancing Pilates robot who is incredibly cheerful and in insane shape. You're supposed to do one 30 minute workout for 30 days. We'll see about that.
