Same exact route as Sunday, but didn’t have my watch. Phone measured it a little shorter, so I brought it up to Sunday’s measurement.

Hot n sweaty!!!!! Did quite a bit more jogging today!

On my mat outside at Tinicum on platform. Nice. I think living in the city has really not been so great for my fitness levels. I’d like to be outside doing things, but I don’t really love running in the city or don’t really have an outdoor space where I can stretch/do yoga. I think this might become a new habit! Coming to Tinicum for a walk, and then doing more stuff outside. I really need to get into better shape. Happy summer solstice!
