Restorative class at the end of a long weekend. Only about 5 poses, with lots of blankets and bolsters and dim lighting. The goal is to down regulate the nervous system and quiet the mind. I felt like I went back into the womb or something ;)
Slow flow class at the very beginning of our weekend of training in New York. Of course lots of other yoga throughout the day but this was a more structured class.
Getting nervous/excited. My first 100 hr module in Yoga therapy starts this Friday in NYC! I’ll be gone for 4 consecutive weekends chock full of long training days.
