I am super rusty at orienteering and not in cardio shape at all, Brian crushed me, but I still love him. A nice day to be outside and great motivation to get in better shape! Wonderful to see Janet out there for some moral support. A lot of the choices were through the crap or a long way around, and I could never really quite figure out which was better. Guess I’ll find out on route gadget. Thanks to everybody for putting on this event!

Last weekend of yoga training...is a blur. Hours of yoga but not uninterrupted really. Got out for a nice walk yesterday to do some errands.

Have been experiencing vertigo which is really sucky. All the driving? Eye issues? Ear issues? Hoping it goes away.

Felt better this afternoon after resting and did some gentle slow stuff which my body needed. Hope to get back onto some trails very soon!
