My mind is blown!!! The former golf course adjacent to FDR Park that was closed in Oct of last year is accessible for walking, with some paths mown and lots of overgrown areas. I identified some very nice trees out there and there are some little streams. Get it while you can before they start renovating it into tennis and basketball courts! Huey you gotta check it out sometime!! It’s not clear whether you’re trespassing but we did see other people out there enjoying it (far fewe than the park itself.) sooooo cool! I wonder if we could orienteer there??

Reading a book called a guide to better movement, trying some things out from the book while jogging and walking in terms of creating efficient movement. Pretty interesting stuff! Beautiful morning at the wildlife refuge
