Solo hike at my new favorite spot. My watch wasn’t really firmly affixed to my wrist, so don’t worry, my heart rate is not that low!

Because I haven’t hiked here by myself yet, I carried my red pepper spray with me, but it was all OK, the only people I saw were there with the dogs and one person I even knew! A fellow yoga teacher. So, felt pretty safe.
