Orienteering at Powisset Peak. A few mistakes, but overall trend I noticed was that I got to the general area of the control ok, but had more trouble actually finding the control within the circle. #13 I blew past a trail junction- should have been looking at my compass more for that one
Made up a mini-speed workout for myself... repeats on a trail loop behind my house, 3x through fast with 3 rest laps in between. First loop was 5:30, second a bit faster (5:15) then third around 5:30 again. Did a 10min-ish light jog at the end. I actually really liked the loops- I'll definitely remember this for another day.
