Checked out my potential orienteering age group. It seems there is a fast Hinder in 2010, but at least no super-competitive Baumgartners, Eyers, Zwikers or Tschopps.... ;-)

Drinking and Sleeping 4:00:00 [2] ****

The usual drinking and sleeping stuff after an intense 5xmarathon. Feels good. Good direction sense in finding the refreshment stations. The catering-company is doing a good job.

Getting Born part II.

At around 4am I started really getting moving. Good direction feeling even without compass and no head-lamp (night orienteering). But felt guided by my instincts and found it quite easy to find the goal (no searching action).
Towards the end things got a bit more intense, but was sure about direction, heart rate was doing fine, and with a little help of a pressing mother, two nice ladies and an exhausted-looking father made it to the finishing line right at 6.28am (new personal record!).
Still felt good after the race and after a 5 seconds medical checkup by the doctor on the finishing line, I went right to the two drinking stations, which were well equipped.

Again swimming, while mother was hiking. Again in easy pace. Caribbean temperatures.
6 PM

Getting Born race 4:00:00 [4] ** 0.0 km
ahr:130 max:150 spiked:1/1c weight:3.9kg

Getting Born Part I. Took it easy at the beginning, expecting this to be 5x a marathon (in Vic Röthlin speed). Good conditions, mother in good shape and father still relaxed.
Started at 20:00 (intensity 2), getting more intense after 22:00 (intensity 4). But could cope well and was also very relaxed.
