| AM. 50' up to the top of the ski hill with John. Great morning run with awesome views. Highlight of the weekend.
PM. O race at Royal Roads. Started out with the map, but decided I'd be better off with a decent workout, so turned it into a trail run after the 9th control. Rather go for a run than wade through the forest looking for bingo root stocks. Great place for a uni. | ||

| AM. on Van Island 50' follow John. Some bits of nice terrain.
PM. 35'+w/u at Nymph falls. Lot of trails, easy except for all the unmapped rootstocks. Fairly uninspirational orienteering. | ||
