MOMAR. 9km kayak, sprint O, mtb, trailO, mtb, city sprintO. Tough day for Merrell-MrPither. Nicki was sick and injured, so we did what we could, but it wasn't a whole lot. Might write more about the race later. Otherwise an awesome weekend on the island with good friends.

Noon. 45' with 20' @3.5 pace with the xc boys. Said I was going to take it easy, but couldn't stop myself. Can't believe how quickly I'm absorbing the training these days.
PM. 95' with Thomas and Oskar. Fartlek type run with some short bits of tempo.

AM. pool run/swim
PM. ride to WET, plus WET. Felt a bit tired from last night, but pretty good. Tempo run type orienteering, fairly easy but fun. Look out for Angela F. at the Norams. You heard it here first.

AM. 20' R+str
PM. xc 10' tempo, 4xmile with 2.15 off. Didn't feel great today, so kept it very controlled and just around my threshold, careful never to push into the red zone. Very good workout for this time of year, good pace.

10' 2.99km, a bit further than last week.
