Took the cx bike out on the dirt roads to Eagle Trail-Left Hand Trail- back to dirt roads. 36 North to Lyons, to 66 east, to 75th.
Ate shit on the climb from Neva Rd to Hwy 36. Front wheel washout. Shoulder, elbow, and hip took the brunt.
Cold ride, but felt warm until the end.
