Cardio (Stairmaster) 30:00 [3]

30 Minutes on the Stairmaster. Level 10 of 20 on the FB+ setting. Was harder than I thought it would be.

Easy run on the treadmill at 9:13/mi. Felt pretty good. Nice and easy...

Ran 9:05 for a 1 mile warm-up, and then alternated 7:30 and 9:05 quarter miles for the remaining 2 miles. Went through mile 3 at 25:28. Felt pretty good.

Stretching. Man I suck at this. Still tender in the right groin.

Hill Interval 1 on treadmill. Maxes at 1.5% x 2. Felt sluggish, but then again, it was the first run on the treadmill in awhile.
HR rolling at 168 on the last burst. That, is out of shape!

Another cx bike ride. Portico across 119 to Niwot. Back roads and trails to Boulder. Took Broadway North to 36 to Plateau Rd. East to Portico from there. Another cold day. Rode in new jacket that doesn't breath as well as it should. Booties, gloves, barrier hat etc. Miss riding in shorts and ss jersey.
I felt like a sausage ready to explode.
