Ran/hiked at Willow, did 2 X up the steep long side of Baldy. Ran almost everything else. Legs felt better than I thought they would and warmed up after about 15 min, used poles to climb.

Ran in Bear Park, first half I was struggling and already tired, then able to pick it up the second half. Left knee hurt climbing anything steep, and low back is tight.

Got in the mileage, but not a pretty run!
