Note

For tomorrow. Orienteering. Sprinting, run really into it. I push it into the next level. I have an easy attitude, and fast running. I keep place with my finger. I know my next moves ahead of time. I go hard and fast til the end. I enjoy the experience, I focus my thinking on direction, and my body moves how it would like going quickly.
