Easy Running 33:58 [3] 5.02 mi (6:46 / mi)

Started off not too painful, finished painful

NIce morning

Easy Running 30:33 [3] 4.5 mi (6:47 / mi)

Properly injured, hobbling for the last mile. Glut absolutely killing.

There are some horrible things in the world and some very sad things that happen to people. I know an injury isn't the end of the world, but one day we all kark it and its very sad when u don't get to enjoy the one thing in life that really makes us happy, in order to make the most of the time we've got.

With this in mind, as I have for the last year, I plan to feel very sorry for myself for the next few days. I am desperate to do some good running and its not fair.

Easy Running 43:45 [3] 6.17 mi (7:05 / mi)

Left work early for a day light run. Couldn't resist Linacre and it looked stunning and autumnal.

No pain at work today, nearly ran in but decided to give it longer- sadly the pain worsened as a ran. Not sure what to do

Definitely have more mobility in my back, but glut very sore- this is how the whole thing started, so wondering if I have made good progress with the back to the point where its tightness was allowing glut compensation and now I have quickly overworked the bitthat was being compensated for.

On this basis I think I ay run on it a few days and do some serious glut work, see what happens

So the plan is- abdo, glut strengthening, hip flexor/adductor stretching, ibuprofen

I am awre this is boring, and I apologise
