Windtrainer workout at home - 1 hr of random hard efforts 4-6 mins big chain ring: random 4-6 mins high cadence small chain ring, alternating with songs on itunes playlist. Makes 1 hr fly past!!
Only had 1 hr to train today so went hard. Found my 3 fave, steepest climbs and went as fast as I could up them. High heart rate and lots of lactic acid - oh yeah!
Cariad still sick, so at home again today. Had to wait till Andy got home then headed into gym for treadmill run-work-run . Total run distance, 5 km. Workout: 3 x [1 km run @ 14 km/hr/20 push-ups/10 chin-ups/10 dips/30 crunches]
