Trainer Bike (Endurance Zone) 1:10:00 [3]
ahr:133 max:166 slept:5.0 weight:161lbs

Riding in my Endurance zone. Sick to my stomach all day.

Trainer Bike (Intervals) 30:00 [5]

I was pretty tired yesterday and my stomach had been bothering me all day. But for some reason the workout went really well. I miss judged when to start the sets of intervals and ended riding an extra 10 minutes. Felt really strong during the entire 1:40. Intervals were fun. I like pushing it for the longer minutres. The spinning class useually only has you pushing for 30 seconds to a minute at a time. The 2 minute power intervals hurt, but were good.

I recorded all the interval splits:

Note: took me about 40-50 secs to get HR up to goal zone.

SteadyState:
1) 5 min - Avg: 154
5 min rest - Avg: 115
2) 5 min - Avg: 157
5 min rest - Avg: 108

PowerIntervals:
1) 2 min - Avg: 165
2 min rest - Avg: 125
2) 2 min - Avg: 168
2 min - Avg: 128

Track Workout (Running Test) 35:00 [5] 1.44 mi (24:19 / mi)
ahr:172 max:180 rhr:39 slept:8.0 weight:161lbs

Conditions
Course : Running
Terrain : Flat
Wind : Calm (<5 mph)
Humidity : 0.73
Temperature: Cold (20-40 F)
Weight : 161.0lbs

Interval
Elapsed Time : 00:08:00
Distance : 1.44Miles
Average BPM : 172
Maximum BPM : 180
Perceived Exertion: 8

Comments:
Notes: I had to run in the 6th lane because that's all that was shoveled. The track was a bit wet with ice patches here and there. By my calculations a lap in the 6th lane is 434meters. Time for the last 150meters was 32 seconds.

Notes on exertion: This is the fastest I've run in a long time. All my events have been slow running over distance. So I went out with a pace that I felt I could sustain. The 8minutes came up wuickly and when I was done I thought that I could have kept that pace for a 5k race. I think I could go faster if I were to try it again, so I'm loggin an exertion of 8.

Split Results:

Lap 1 = 1:22.3 Avg. 154
Lap 2 = 1:30.0 Avg. 172
Lap 3 = 1:30.9 Avg. 174
Lap 4 = 1:31.1 Avg. 177
Lap 5 = 1:33.5 Avg. 178
Lap 6 = 0:32.0 Avg. 179

Estimated Mile pace: 5:38

Hmmm. that's pretty slow.

Road Running 1:37:00 [3] 11.6 mi (8:22 / mi) +152m 8:02 / mi
