Good workout. Erin came up and did the intervals and spinning class. Good music and a great program. Felt very strong and motivated.

Stretching in hot tub. I know it's kind of lame to put stretching time on here, however I'm pretty bad about stretching. I think by posting the time I stretch it will encourage and remind me to spend time stretching everyday.

Well, I know I was supposed to do a recovery run. It turned out to be more of a mental recovery run. I had to get rid of some of this stored up negative energy from having drop out of the AR. I actually feel a lot better now. I ran an 11k route. Total time was 42:47. For some reason my HR monitor didn't record my avg or max, not sure what the deal was.
