Form actually felt ok, but overall feeling pretty weak in the water. Can't complain since I've put such little time in in the water as of late. Struggling to get back on my steady training program. Racing every weekend for several months and having traveled 600+ miles per weekend for longer than that is not helpful for consistant training. hmmm.

Same bike loop as the other day. That downhill section ROCKS! Once I get the time to bring something up there to hack down all the bryers then we'll be able to really crank down it. Until then, I'll have to conclude my rides with picking thorns out of my legs. Need to fix the rear suspension on my bike as well. Fun having Erin with me too. She was very busy last week and we didn't get any common training in.
