Running long 3:00:00 [3] 18.68 mi (9:38 / mi)
Maintained right around a 9:00 while running. Did 13/2 run/walk ratio. It's amazing how your body loses endurance so quickly. I haven't done more than 2 hrs since the last 50 mile race which was 10-16-10. My hip flexors starting getting really tight/sore about 2:15 mark. Surprisingly enough I was not sore at all the next day! I guess that means good pace!

Completed the 3 hours- wow how endurance leaves quickly! Maintained about a 9:00 mile while running and used 13:2 pattern. I felt good until about 2:15. Since the 50 mile race on 10-16-10 I haven't gone past 2 hrs. So at 2:15 my hip flexors got really tight. Surprisingly I wasn't sore at all the next day!
