Running long 45:00 [3] 5.5 mi (8:11 / mi)

All I can say is.....crap. I stayed up too late, over slept and could only get in 45 minutes before I had to go to work. The rest of my day was to crazy to make up missed long run. C-R-A-P! Tomorrow is a new day :)

Recovery run. Nice, easy, felt good. Circuit trained following run.

Running intervals 1:00:00 [3] 7.0 mi (8:34 / mi)

Speed intervals. Warmed up 15 min and the alternated 1 min 6:45 pace, 1 min 8:45 pace. The first 2 @ 645 were tough and then the last 2 @ 645 were tough. I really kind of liked this workout and the pace started to feel good until the last 2 pick ups.

Walked at 4.2 10% incline for 45 minutes. Again on this workout I wanted so badly to run......this is TOUGH. I did this workout at 7pm and I usually workout at 5am but due to my flu bug waited until the evening. I'm not sure if it was me or the workout but these walks are not an "easy" day!

60 min recovery run with 5x 10 sec hill sprints at the end. Last hill sprint was tough. I felt bad this whole run and didn't know what my deal was. Unfortunately about 3 hrs laterI had the 24 hr flu bug and that explained it!
