defiantly no training today and going to do hardly any this week due to tour on sunday and scottish the week after cant wait :D

started my warm up when mark when through the second road crossing , did a run and a few easy strides and then some stretching

Harvester relay 2011 bok handicap team A relay leg 5

alright run but lots of 1 min mistakes in eccasall woods by making really silly mistakes like not following where i was on the map and following people even when i knew it wasn't the best route and they probably weren't even going to my contro. first part in limb valley went ok only a small mistake , was best after road crossing where i felt like i was still running well and my navigation started to inprove . about 10 mins of mistakes in total which is really crap :/

went out 10nth came back in 8th but i let the team down as we were racing the syo handicap team and i let them go past :L

good dun though but i wasnt able to get any sleep beforehand :/

jog with ben and then craney to the start of the dore urban race we didnt have a clue where it was as they decided not to sign or tape it :/

urban race a dore . felt like most people completely shattered with 3 races in 24 hours and no sleep . decided to slowly jog it to avoid injury for tour. at 15 felt both my itb bands seized up and for once in my life thought it was sensible to pack it in so i walked back to the finish

slow jog and stretching when i got back from walking back with ben

Harvester middle event at bowden housteads

First starter making the tracks warming up controls .Messed it up from the start control 1 50m away (+ 1 min ) control 9 after the map change over i went bad again and lost ( 3 mins ) from forgetting which way i came in from . After that ended up trying to get away from an m40 who had caught me up by a min. I failed but got away by about 20 secs

Easy ride with a few friends out to saltford and then back up to iron acton and home . Good fun and quite warm :) looking forward to harvester but not the heavy rain all weekend :/
