SYO sprint 1 round the far side of ponderosa, was running ok, didn't make any major mistakes just a few little hesitations, second behind will.

SYO chasing sprint round ponderosa, starting about 40 seconds back on will with Chris smothered about 10 seconds behind and about a 90 second gap back to the big group of nick,matt, tom and jack. made a parallel error to 1 and dropped 15 seconds letting Chris pass me, i took a different route to 2, and then he got ahead after i made a small miss on 3, but then he went on to lose time on 5 so i got back ahead of him, after that i was steady and held the gap behind to Chris, i made a few small misses but nothing major to the finish so finished in 2nd overall and on the course behind Will.

still feeling a bit under the weather but better than the last couple of days, so Hilly run round rivelin, up shore lane to crosspool down into the valley and up through black brook to the top path along and then down manchester road back.
