BUCS relay 3rd leg. Nic had a poor first leg so we were on the back foot a bit from the start, Nathan put in a solid effort to put me out at the same time as Harrison (oxford). Edinburgh 2&3 were 5 mins ahead so i wasn't likely to catch them so went out with the goal of staying ahead of Oxford which i managed.

BUCS A race, disappointing, clean at the beginning and moving well in the southern style forest, but i had absolutely no strength on the rough slope, this wasn't helped by a tight calf and two 2 min mistakes on 6&7. By the time i got to the moor i was already pretty tired and the JC train went straight through me.

Orienteering training on Black moor, wasn't what i was expected so wore shorts and got my legs horribly cut up, so i abandoned and went for a run instead.
