Swimming again ... Felt my muscles from yesterday. Got really comfortable after one hour and 1.5km ...

Swimming 1km in 25 minutes, then made for 250m of sprints with some rests and finished with some easy swimming.

Even with no running (and not even much walking) my knee seems to be worse by the day.

First session in the pool. I needed 500m to warm up, then I was swimming 500m intervals.

Another session in the pool. First half I was swimming near the edge of the pool and was disturbed by turbolence of water-flow. The next half I was swimming in the internal lane. By the end I got some company (seemed to be a nice girl). It was easier to finish.

Couldn't sleep. Went to the pool at half past 6. Nice, empty. Alone, I made longer distance in shorter time.

My cold knee hurt like hell on the way to the start. I started with some warm up and stretching and it was better. I started reserved and not very competitive. I also had a slight disadvantage with normal shoes on very slippery slopes. Technically:
- slight hesitation to 3rd (got already overtaken by Jure), 5"
- 4th - bad route choice (didnt see the contours), similar to 5th5, 30"
- 6th hesitation, then bad route choice, 1'
- 7th came too low, 10"
- 8th stopped too early, 10"
- 10th, expected control too early, 5"
- 11th hidden control, 10"
- 12th, 5"
Together: 2'15" of mistakes. Tolerable.
I felt my knee throughout the race, ran reserved on the last running part, nevertheless, I finished OK. I can still feel pain in the knee, but ... It's a bit better than the last time.

After a while ... running again. Went carefully, watching my knee ... Beginning was OK, after 2.4km I started to feel my knee ... Went on even more slowly, watching my steps. Felt my right leg tighten in the knee and ankle ... I still need to be really careful. But I finished OK.

I had to shorten my lap.

From 5 series of 25 stepping to toes my legs hurt amazingly today! Unbelieveable!

Nice. Felt really tired in the first hour, then did 1km interval in one piece. :)

Note
I visited some preliminary testing of the candidates for Slovene O-Team ... 5km run on the track. Results ... very average, though ... it was cold, guys have been on the track for the first time. I guess they did not even warm up well.
